Temporary service line disconnection
If you're painting, water blasting, repairing a roof, tree trimming or doing other DIY work near our power lines or private service lines request a temporary disconnection to avoid electrocution. If you are working at heights near power lines you not only risk getting a serious electric shock, but could be severely injured by the resulting fall from a ladder or scaffolding.
You can either book the reconnection job at the same time as the disconnection, or at a later stage.
You can request different types of temporary disconnections. If you need to disconnect one of our network cables please go here for more information.
