High load permit
If you plan to move over-height structures (4.3m and higher) such as a house or a boat throughout the Vector network, it is a legal requirement that you obtain a High Load Permit. This is to ensure travel conditions are safe and appropriate. When issuing the permit, Vector will provide you with a route you need to take to drive through Auckland, so the load is not obstructed by any low hanging power lines running across the road.
