Paul McCloskey is Vector's acting chief people officer, responsible for leading the company's people strategy. Paul joined Vector in 2007 and has held a range of senior leadership roles. He has played a key role in shaping Vector’s culture, leadership capability, workforce planning and employee experience, while supporting the organisation through significant growth and transformation. Paul has extensive experience in in all aspects of the HR function including organisational development, workforce strategy and talent management. Before joining Vector, Paul held senior HR leadership roles with Air New Zealand and SkyCity Entertainment Group.
