DIRECTOR RESIGNATIONS – DAVID BARTHOLOMEW AND SIBYLLE KRIEGER

The Board of Vector Limited advises that it has received notices of resignation from Directors David Bartholomew and Sibylle Krieger, both with immediate effect. 

The resignations follow the decision by Entrust, Vector’s majority shareholder, not to support their election at Vector’s annual meeting on Monday, 12 November 2018. 

Vector’s Chairman, Michael Stiassny, expressed his thanks to David and Sibylle for their valuable service as Directors.
