Vector Group advises that three of its directors, John Goulter, Tony Gibbs and Greg Muir, have today resigned.

Vector Chairman Michael Stiassny thanks the directors for their contributions.

The Board comprising Michael Stiassny, Bob Thomson, Karen Sherry and Shale Chambers continue to govern Vector with the full support of the major shareholder.

A search for new directors will be conducted as soon as possible in consultation with the company’s major shareholders.
