Vector directors Bob Thomson, Shale Chambers and Karen Sherry today expressed their full confidence in the Board’s Chairman Michael Stiassny and also reiterated their support for the company’s governance.

Spokesperson for the directors, Shale Chambers says the directors are focused on continuing to govern Vector and support Vector’s management team. This follows the resignation of Messrs Muir, Goulter and Gibbs.

“The chairman has our full support. We are focused on continuing to govern this company effectively and supporting the Chairman as we search for replacement directors.”
