On the North Shore, Waitakere or Rodney network your
electricity retailer is your first point of call. They will arrange with us to send a serviceperson out as soon as possible. If the fault is found to be on your side of the boundary - on
your equipment - then the repair and cost of repair will be your responsibility. You may be charged a call-out fee.
On the Auckland City, Manukau or Papakura network, you should call us on 0508 VECTOR (0508 832 867) and we will send a serviceperson out as soon as possible. If the fault is found to be on
your equipment, the cost of repair will be your responsibility and there may be a call out fee if your property is not covered by
LineCare.
If the problem is related to your meter or relay, your electricity retailer will be responsible for the repair.
You can choose who you'd like to repair the fault on your equipment. We have provided a list of qualified electrical workers below. Please note this list is for your assistance only. Vector accepts no responsibility or liability for any work undertaken by these contractors.
