Recruitment process

We recognise that the recruitment and retention of our employees is crucial to the ongoing success of our business. Our aim is to ensure all individuals who apply for roles within our business are exposed to an ethical and informative process and that all recruitment activities experienced by applicants are of the highest standard.
 
During the recruitment process you may be asked to participate in one or more of the following exercises:
  • online application for specific advertised roles
  • phone interviews
  • behavioural interviews.
Should you be short-listed for a role at Vector, the following tests and checks will be carried out. You will be asked to consent to a standard psychometric assessment.
 
Should we wish to offer you a role, you will be asked to undergo a health assessment, including an alcohol and drug test and consent to a criminal and driving probity check, before you start work.
